Discover the poignant history between the two world wars through an exceptional musical performance of the Republican Guard orchestra.
“Eighty years after the end of the Second World War, the Republican Guard orchestra is at the Zenith in Nancy for a movie-concert for teenagers and their parents.
This show evokes the tragic period experienced by our ancestors, between 1914 and 1945, from Verdun to Auschwitz, and recounts the shift from part of European youth to radicality. While on the big screen are projected filmed archives and the orchestra plays original music, two recitters read letters written a century ago by young French, German, Spanish, Italians and Belgians on stage. A poignant spectacle, where the story is told up to men and women.
