The Le Muse orchestra, which has toured around the world, will arrive in Finland in March with its The Music of Ennio Morricone concert. The concerts in Turku, Hyvinkää, Tampere, Helsinki, Lahti and Oulu feature a fine selection of the famous composer's most beloved songs. The special guest of the orchestra led by Andrea Albertini is the well-known Italian soprano Susanna Rigaccia, who sang solo parts in Ennio Morricone's concerts and tours for nearly twenty years.

In Finland, you can enjoy the music of the world's most famous film music composer, Ennio Morricone , when the Italian Le Muse orchestra brings its The Music of Ennio Moricone concert to six Finnish cities. Ennio Morricone's most famous songs from the 1960s to the present day will be heard at the concert. The most recent addition is Morricone's music composed for Quentin Tarantino's The Hateful Eight, for which Morricone was awarded an Oscar in 2016. Le Muse is an instrumental orchestra founded by conductor Andrea Albertini, consisting of talented musicians who studied at the Music Academy of Northern Italy. The classically trained players of the orchestra, which has performed around the world, perfectly reach the deepest tones of Ennio Morricone's music. Le Muse's vocalist is Angelica Depaoli . is also a guest soloist at the concerts in Finland . The Swedish-born Italian lasso soprano Susanna Rigaccia , who sang solo parts in Ennio Morricone's concerts and tours for almost twenty years,

The Italian Ennio Morricone is considered one of the most famous and influential composers in film history. His uniquely versatile, long and high-quality career as a composer spanned from Italian Westerns to big Hollywood productions and also included other than film music.

The film music of the master composer, who started his career in the 1960s, can be heard e.g. In Sergio Leone's Dollar Trilogy (A Fistful of Dollars, For Just a Few Dollars and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly) and the Once Upon a Time Trilogy (The Harmonica Avenger, Go Down, That Fool! and The Great Gangster War), Giuseppe Tornatore's Cinema Paradiso, John Boorman's The Exorcist II, In John Carpenter's The Thing and Quentin Tarantino's The Hateful Eight.

In 2007, Ennio Morricone received a lifetime achievement Oscar and in 2016 he was awarded an Oscar for the music he composed for Tarantino's The Hateful Eight. In addition, Morricone has been awarded e.g. with three Grammys, three Golden Globes, six Baftas, two European Film Awards and the Golden Lion Lifetime Achievement Award at the Venice Film Festival. Morricone died at the age of 91 in 2020.
