16 November 2024 Bunnik (Netherlands)
The Most Dangerous Game
James Whale Orchestra & Amsterdamse Brass Quintet - Oude Dorpskerk Bunnik
Program Info: In this influential adventure classic, an evil count hunts down castaways on a remote island. The spectacular sets were later reused for the film King Kong, while the cast and crew participated in both adventure classics. With the original music of Max Steiner in a surprising new arrangement for the Amsterdam Brass Quintet and the high-tech James Whale Orchestra !
With the proceeds from the evening we contribute to the mission of Het Vergeten Kind . They organize children's activities that have a direct positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children. Research shows that it is important for the development of children in difficult home situations to gain positive experiences. To be able to put aside everyday problems and worries and 'just' be a child for a while. So that they can look positively to the future again.
The Forgotten Child
Total experience
The evening promises to be an experience that stimulates the senses and is unique in Bunnik and the surrounding area. The Oude Dorpskerk is a special location and acoustically one of the best spaces in the Netherlands.
