Program Info: The Thuringia Philharmonic Gotha-Eisenach shows in its traditional Rose Monday concert that classical music is not always serious, stiff and dry, but can also be very humorous, subtle and funny (perhaps even a little crazy). Excited by the best carnival mood and inspired by music, we will take you into the film music of Hollywood. We welcome the percussion duo “Double Drums” as soloists: The two multi-percussionists Philipp Jungk and Alex Glöggler conjure up a musical work of art with drums, glockenspiel and marimba and put familiar melodies in a new guise!
