With this concert, the Hagen Philharmonic Orchestra commemorates the unrestricted violence against Jews in National Socialist Germany. With works by John Williams (Theme from Schindler's List ), Gustav Mahler (Adagietto from Symphony No. 5), Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, Franz Schreker (Chamber Symphony), Arnold Schönberg ( A Survivor from Warsaw ) and Gideon Klein. The evening's conductor is Steffen Müller-Gabriel.
