Program Info: The event highlight of the year in the Britzer Garden takes the audience to Hollywood this year: The German Film Orchestra Babelsberg presents classics by the award-winning film composer John Williams, who is making cinema history with his music. Under the direction of conductor Christian Köhler, legendary film hits from ET, Star Wars, Harry Potter to Indiana Jones can be heard on the open stage by the lake.
Film specialist and radio presenter Knut Elstermann (radio eins “Kino King”) moderates the evening.
The musical masterpieces of film history are followed by a Hollywood-style fireworks display that lights up the night sky over the lake with colourful fire flowers.
