Bohemian Symphony Orchestra Prague will present the continuation of the successful project The Gaming Music Live in the Smetana Hall of the Municipal House in Prague on 10 June 2024. The best of video game music will be accompanied by unique video projections and light choreography.

With its program The Gaming Music Live, the unique Bohemian Symphony Orchestra Prague is once again heading to the stage of the most prestigious concert hall in the Czech Republic. The Smetana Hall of the Municipal House will thus be dominated by the melodies of the biggest video game titles of recent years.
The live orchestral performance of popular melodies from the most famous computer games and video games will be performed by the Bohemian Symphony Orchestra Prague and the Bohemian Choir Prague under the direction of chief conductor Martin Šanda. "A live performance of this music will draw visitors into the magical world of computer games. Together we will go through the history of game music from Super Mario and Mortal Kombat, through Final Fantasy, to Duke Nukem or The Witcher 3 (The Witcher). That is, "the best of" of recent years. I think that a large symphony orchestra with a choir will offer a truly unique and deeply emotional experience," invites Martin Šanda, chief conductor of the Bohemian Symphony Orchestra Prague, to the concert with these words.
During the concert, melodies from the immortal games World of Warcraft, God of War and Zelda will also be heard. During the concert, there will also be melodies from the hits Assassin's Creed, Halo 3, Medal of Honor, Dragon Age: Inquisition or Mafia 2.
All this and much more can be enjoyed by the audience in the performance of a large symphony orchestra and choir. “Game music is just as unique and appealing to listeners as film music. The proof is for example Crysis 2, the author of the music is the famous film composer Hans Zimmer", says the chief conductor and at the same time the director of the orchestra Martin Šanda.
