Program Info: On Movie Night, the Filmphoniker will once again play film music live on the screen.
At this year's Movie Night, the Filmfoniker present their audience arrangements of the films Schachnovelle, The Theory of Everything and The Medicus. Film music for The Invisible Third, Tom & Jerry, Star Trek and many other popular melodies complete the varied concert program with a good mood guarantee.
The Filmphoniker are truly unique and bring the audience closer to the experience of film music than anywhere else: The film music of major and successful German films is rearranged in a short suite especially for the Filmphoniker. Together with specially edited film trailers, shown on a large cinema screen, every concert becomes a very special film and music event.
The Filmfoniker play under the direction of their conductor Ingo P. Stefans and are supported by the Munich Boys' Choir under the direction of Ralf Ludewig.
