The DR Symphony Orchestra takes you on a musical journey through the biggest Oscar films, from true classics like Casablanca to monumental works of film like Godfather and iconic blockbusters like Forrest Gump – blockbusters with music that have deserved their very own place in film history. And the evening's host Maria Månson and soloists throw extra star sprinkles over the famous soundtracks, which for almost a century have made us shudder, melt and cry in the dark of the cinema.
