The music of maestro Ennio Morricone calls for a masterly orchestration and a large choir. Bringing the music to life in a spectacular way, that was the challenge for artistic director Walter Proost. He teamed up again with arranger Roberto Molinelli and the result is amazing! 160 artists on stage, a collaboration with not only the Arenberg choir but also the choir La Chantanne from Wavre.
The program features all the great successes of maestro Morricone. They are etched in our memory and evoke images of the most impressive films such as Once upon a Time in the West, The Mission, Cinema Paradiso and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. The international top soprano Elise Caluwaerts as soloist completes the spectacle. Goosebumps guaranteed!
