Program Info: The Liège Philharmonic Orchestra will delight East Belgium in the 2024 season with a symphonic concert of a slightly different kind, an evening dedicated to the most famous works written by the composer John Williams.
The multiple Oscar and Grammy winner is considered one of the most important and influential film composers of all time. In collaboration with the most renowned directors such as George Lucas, Alfred Hitchcock and Steven Spielberg, he gave over a hundred films distinctive sounds. The music for Jaws, ET, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Schindler's List, Jurassic Park and Indiana Jones, to name just a few, achieved cult status.
