Lisbon Film Orchestra Live with Friends - Altice Arena
Program Info: Book this date: January 6th, at 9pm, at the iconic Altice Arena, "Lisbon Film Orchestra Live with Friends | Music From Movies and Series", the first show by a Portuguese orchestra in its own name in the largest concert hall in Portugal.
We invite you to experience the interpretation of soundtracks from films and series such as Barbie, James Bond, The Lord of the Rings, The Phantom of the Opera, Harry Potter, Wednesday, Stranger Things, The Simpsons and the eternal magic of John Williams' compositions, Hans Zimmer or Ennio Morricone. Several musical works from the most emblematic films and series will be played, some of them for the first time by the Lisbon Film Orchestra which, for more than 15 years of existence dedicated to the interpretation of soundtracks, continues to innovate and surprise the public.
This show makes history in Portugal, being the first in Arena to guarantee the hearing-impaired public the possibility of enjoying it with excellent sound quality. Through an advanced electromagnetic system, "Lisbon Film Orchestra Live with Friends" will be the pioneering show in this step towards accessibility and inclusion.
As a circle that embraces the universe of the Lisbon Film Orchestra, it joins special guests, a vibrant choir and the audience, performing with more than 100 artists on stage. Through a striking audiovisual component that immerses the audience in the atmosphere of each soundtrack, conductor Nuno Sá directs the orchestra on a journey through the most iconic soundscapes in cinema.
