Howard Shore - The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
The film music by Oscar winner Howard Shore performed live to the complete original version of the first part of the trilogy "The Lord of the Rings" by symphony orchestra, choir and soloists with large-screen projection and over 200 participants.
Since JRR Tolkien published his three-part epic in 1954, The Lord of the Rings has amazed millions of readers and transported them to the world of Middle-earth. The work set standards for the genre of fantasy literature, as it created an entirely new and extraordinarily believable universe from the ground up. An unforgettable hero - the hobbit Frodo Baggins - finds himself caught in the middle of a war on a grand scale in Middle-earth, a world steeped in magic and fabled myth. Above all, The Lord of the Rings celebrates the power of self-sacrificing friendship and individual courage, large and powerful enough to keep even the most devastating forces of darkness at bay.
In 2001, "The Lord of the Rings" finally came to the cinemas in a breathtaking film adaptation, as the largest and most elaborate film production of all time. Film music composer Howard Shore created a fully composed, Oscar and Grammy award-winning musical work that accompanies the plot with emotional, complex interwoven themes and assigns its own motifs to every culture in Middle-earth. Reason enough to experience this wonderful music live to accompany the film!
"The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring" with live music and large-screen projection has already enjoyed sensational success with numerous sold-out performances in recent years. The original soundtrack of the film, reduced by the music, ensures the right cinema sound. The fact that the music is played live by over 200 participants increases the goosebumps feeling. On a specially installed large screen, one of the most successful film adaptations in cinema history becomes a multimedia experience whose emotional power culminates in the grandiose live music and from which no one can resist.
