Program Info: Have you ever wondered what it's like to be in the middle of an orchestra - while the music is playing? Now is your chance to try it! In Open Orchestra, we invite the audience to experience the music in the middle of the community - just like the musicians of the orchestra. The musicians are placed in groups, and the audience can walk around among them – and change places between the works. The music sounds completely different, whether you hear it from the place of the violins or the trombones in the orchestra. Experience the interaction between the musicians - and the conductor's importance to the music. The concert is both for the regular concertgoer who wants to experience the orchestra in a completely new way - and for those who want to experience the orchestra for the very first time. And it is perfect for children. The music will be the most lovely notes by, among others, Tchaikovsky, Grieg and a surprise from the world of film. Along the way, we talk about the music, so you get up close - both to the musicians and to the music.
