Mark your calendars for 22 March 2024, because "The World of Hans Zimmer - A New Dimension" is coming to the Olympic Hall Munich once again! This incredible show has already visited us in 2018 and 2019 and we are looking forward to welcoming it back with a brand new musical programme.
Two-time Academy Award® winner Hans Zimmer has curated an all-new selection from his extensive score collection for this show and audiences will be taken on a unique musical journey. With the new title "A New Dimension", you can guess that the audience will be immersed in completely new dimensions. "The World of Hans Zimmer - A New Dimension" will be experienced in thirteen countries with over 30 dates in Europe.
The predecessor concert tour "The World of Hans Zimmer - A Symphonic Celebration" started in Germany for the first time in 2018 and has been successfully touring worldwide ever since.
In "The World of Hans Zimmer - A New Dimension", Hans Zimmer will also not be on stage in person, but will act as curator and musical director of the show. "With this new show, I want to preserve the culture of the orchestra and bring the unique facets of orchestral music back to the audience," says Zimmer. Soundtrack conductor David Greenaway will once again join some of the most outstanding soloists from Zimmer's talent pool, as well as a masterful symphony orchestra, to evoke the magic of Hans Zimmer's works for live audiences. The show will be enhanced by visually stunning projections of film sequences to create a breathtaking atmosphere.
