Charlotte Concert Band - Indian Land High School
Program Info: The Charlotte Concert Band is proud to open their new season with a Tribute to our Veterans. In just its second year, we will take the stage at the spectacular new Indian Land High School on November 5, 2022 at 4 PM as the Charlotte Concert Band presents an exciting and memorable concert of patriotic music.
The evening will showcase the music of John Williams, Samuel Augustus Ward, and Aaron Copland, along with the timeless George Gershwin American classic, Rhapsody In Blue, featuring pianist and Davidson college music professor, Cynthia Lawing.
The concert will also feature contributions from the Indian Land High School Choir and the Lancaster County EMS Honor Guard along with a moving tribute to the men and women of the US Armed Forces.
