Euro Symphonic Orchestra - Eglise de la Sainte-Famille à Fléron

Program Info:
Great films truly transport us to intense emotions ranging from laughter to tears. Who has never known this? Whether American, French, Italian, English…, the 7th Art leaves no one indifferent, young and old. The plots, the scenario or the images contribute of course enormously. But we must not forget the music which often captivates us and transcends the images.

There are many excellent composers who have written unforgettable pages spanning the generations. One could not conceive "Jurassic Park", "ET", "Star wars" or "Indiana Jones" without John Williams. Italian westerns without Ennio Morricone, “Amélie Poulain” without Yann Tiersen or “Titanic” without James Horner. Certainly sacred monsters!

The soloists of the orchestra will reveal their virtuosity and their musicality by performing, among others, the piano solos in "Forrest Gump", the violin in "Schindler's list" or oboe in "The mission". Finally, complemented by a rhythm section (piano, bass guitar and drums), the Orchestra will accompany singer Morgane Crasson, who will transform into a James Bond girl to play “Goldfinger” again!

With music from John Williams, James Horner, Ennio Morricone, John Barry, Yann Tiersen and others.
