Listening to these first words, it is a whole generation of grown-up children who start to shudder and smile, seeing Esteban, Tao and Zia, the heroes of their childhood traveling South America aboard the Grand Condor. .
Thirty-six years after the first broadcast of the series, Simon Fache (pianist, keyboardist and arranger) joins forces with Nicolas Foulon (videographer, musician and great lover of vintage synths) and together, they decide to re-watch the series and to make an original cine-concert (accompanied by Yann Chapoutier on percussions).
The opportunity for the trio to pay tribute to this little television masterpiece by highlighting the suggestive power of the music composed by Haïm Saban and Shuki Lévy, while letting their love for the soaring and synthetic music of the 70s fully express itself. and 80 (Vangelis, Tangerine Dream, JM Jarre, Jeff Wayne, Mike Oldfield, ...).
